Return policy

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and keep all original tags attached to meet return requirements.

Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return shipping fees are at the customer’s cost, except when goods arrive defective, damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund. The money will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on bank processing, funds may take 3–7 business days to show in your account.
